COVID-19 Weddings

As I was scrolling through some wedding social media pages, I started noticing a pattern of brides and grooms frustrated with their venues and other wedding vendors for not refunding deposits or partial amounts paid towards their wedding when they were forced by law to reschedule.  I get it.  Businesses are losing money left and right.  WE are victims ourselves, but I’d never dream of accepting money for an event we did not do when the entire NATION had no control over it.  I just don’t agree with not refunding at least a portion of money invested.  I’m so sad for these couples.

Regardless, it got me thinking about how weddings themselves are going to look SO different over the next few years!  Currently, we are not only limited with how many guests we can invite, but due to many in the wedding industry being forced to closed, the engaged couples may be forced to find new caterers, photographers, DJ’s, bakeries, and more.  Larger venues may not be permitted to allow dance floors due to social distancing.

I stumbled upon news articles about couples who are now doing intimate backyard weddings or “Tiny Weddings” at a family member’s homes.  Small wedding venues are also seeing an increase in reservations.  At home weddings is something all brides and grooms should consider as an alternative to pushing their weddings out over a year from the original date.

You will still want to entertain your wedding guests!  This is where Party Mirror Rentals comes into play.  We can provide a sanitary, social distancing, and FUN addition to all types of private events!  Our Party Mirror is easily wiped down with antibacterial cleaner between guest uses.  Our props are wiped down as well between uses.  Only a few people at a time will be permitted to be in the photo area at one time.  It’s an amazing solution to add a unique spin on your already unique COVID wedding!
