Where are you located?

Party Mirror Rentals has a home office in Lakeland, Florida.  However, we do travel to the Tampa Bay area and the Greater Orlando area.  There may be an additional travel charge for any events beyond 45 miles from our home office.

Why have a photo booth at your event?

It provides an element of fun to your event that a standard photography service cannot.  It allows your friends and family to loosen up, which oftentimes helps encourage them to relax, dance, and socialize more making your event very memorable.

Do you provide printing options?

Yes!  We provide on-site printing options including the option of a magnet party favor.  Our prints are either a 2X6 or a 4X6.

Is the equipment easy to use?

Our equipment is user-friendly for almost all ages.  A Party Mirror party host will be present to assist the guests with the process, however, most guests become Party Mirror experts after the first photo session.

How many pictures will my guests be permitted to take?

The amazing part of our service is that we provide unlimited photos for all guests!  They can visit the photo booth as often as they like and can incorporate different people in each session!

Do you offer custom backgrounds and/or props?

We have a variety of backgrounds to fit your special event.  Once we get some details of your event, we can recommend an appropriate backdrop. We offer a variety of fun props.  While we will be willing to let guests use props you may provide, we ask that you limit them to a few large customized props and not large quantities of paper/stick props as we do not have anywhere to store or display them.  We will determine what additional props can be used on a case-by-case basis prior to the event date.

Can I text or share my photo booth photos?

Yes!  Once your photo booth session ends, you have the option to text your pictures to yourself and other guests in your photo.  You can then save your photo on your mobile device and upload to any social media platform you desire or send them to your friends/family to show them what a great time you’re having!

What type of events does Party Mirror participate in?

We love ALL events!  While most of our events are weddings, we have experience with birthday parties, sweet 16’s, quinceaneras,  anniversaries, school events, corporate events, church events, and holiday parties!

How do I make a reservation for my special event?

Great question!  First, we want to check our calendar to make sure we have your date available!  Once we confirm availability and build your customized package, a small non-refundable deposit ($100 for most events) will be taken to lock your date in.  If the balance is paid in full at booking, we offer a free upgrade or $50 off the total package.
